Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times
We ship via UPS Ground. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- Texas — 1–3 business days
- Southern US — 2–4 business days
- Rest of US — 3–7 business days

Local Delivery
Customers within approximately 25 miles of Corpus Christi, TX are eligible for free local delivery. This is automatically detected at checkout based on your ZIP code. Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Damaged Shipments
We pack every order with care, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ayalacreations.com within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement right away.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We currently ship to all US addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
